No, there is no sales tax on your purchase.
We care about the condition of your item and work to ensure it arrives undamaged. Movies, books or CDs are carefully packaged with bubble wrap or equal packaging materials. Your item will be mailed in an secure envelope with shipping tape to prevent puncturing or tearing. The post office is usually very safe in their deliveries. However, we go the extra mile to ensure your item arrives undamaged and safe.

We emphasize quality and stand behind each and every product, but if for any reason you’re not happy with your order, simply email us within 7 days of receipt.
All media items (movies, books or Cds) will be sent by USPS Media Mail. We will ship by any expedited method you choose. Note that we require full payment for the entire postage amount before your item will be shipped.
The shipping costs are dependent on the weight, method of shipping and the destination. For a shipping estimate click on the "more destinations" link on the product page and enter your zip code or select the destination country from the drop-down menu.
We ship your item as soon as payment is received. We accept PayPal, cashier's checks and money orders. Personal checks are not recommended because they take nearly 2 weeks to clear in a bank that is outside of our city and state. We can ship right away if payment is received through PayPal. If you decide to pay by cashier's check or money order, we will package your item as soon as your payment arrives.
We ship movies, books, cd's and other media items internationally to over 170 countries. You can get a shipping cost estimate by clicking on the "more destinations" link and selecting the country from the drop down menu.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day via media mail or your choice of expedited shipping. Signature is not required unless requested or order is valued at $500+. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. If by chance, your order is slow in arriving, simply contact us and we will track it down and ensure you receive it.
Here are the easy, step-by-step instructions to leave feedback: 1-2 days after you buy your item, you'll receive an email in your regular email inbox. It's says: "nonreply". This nonreply email can sometimes be sent to your email trash or spam box, because your computer security settings may consider it unidentifiable spam email. The subject box of this email will say: "Rate your transaction at eCRATER" Click the link that says "Leave Feedback". It also gives you 3 choices: POSITIVE, NEGATIVE OR NEUTRAL. There's a comment box to leave comments. The final step is to click "SUBMIT" at the bottom of the feedback page so your feedback is posted to my store. If there's a problem with your item or the delivery, please contact me before leaving feedback, and I'll make the situation right for you. Happy customers are the most important things to me. No we are not drop shippers. All the products in our eCrater store are located right here in our business in Knoxville, Tennessee . I have personally photographed all the items you see in our eCrater store. Your purchases are ready to be shipped straight to you.
